Recipe

* rice (400g)
* wheat flour (150g)
* margarine
* rapeseed oil or other vegetable oil
* optionally:
o soy sauce
o mustard
o catsup
o garlic
o pepper
o onions
o thyme
o seasoning mix (corn flour, salt, chili, onion, garlic, paprika) (e.g. Mexican Taco Seasoning Mix)

Preparation

1. Take boiled rice (for example left over rice from lunch) and mash it. 2. Mix the mashed rice with the wheat flour and margarine or rapeseed oil and some water. 3. Mix the substance until you get a homogeneous mass. 4. Add the optional ingredients to taste: mustard, catsup, garlic and pepper or 5. any other herbs (e.g. fresh Thyme). You can also try to just add your 6. favorite herbs and no other ingredients. 7. Give the spread some time to adopt the taste of the herbs.
