* 1 can lentils
* 1 can kidney beans
* 1 onion
* ½ can tomatoes
* ½ teaspoon red pepper
* ½ teaspoon red salt
* ½ teaspoon red sugar
* ¼ teaspoon cumin
* 1 pinch turmeric
Preparation
1. Chop and sauté the onion.
2. Add the tomatoes.
3. Add all the spices.
4. Add the lentils and kidney beans.
5. Cook everything for 20 minutes over medium heat.
