Cook
1 cup of rice, preferably raw rice
1/2 diced onion cooked together with the rice
1-2 teaspons of raisins (optional)
when finished cooking add to the rice
1/2 cup of Diced Tofu
1/8 cup of black olives
2 Diced Tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 avocado (optional)
take 1 teaspoon of olive oil with 1 - 2 teaspons of curry
Add soya or tamari
Salt
Heat & Serve!
