I would like to share info; which refers to our intake (Chemical makeup of body and spirit)
Physical Internal Healing
There are three major neurotransmitters in the brain and body that flows together and which needs each other:
• serotonin =(intake)
• dopamine =(mind/thoughts)
• nor epinephrine or (Nor-adrenaline)=( physical activities)
Which must be in the correct balance and constructive tension to affect and allow a positive, stable self-image and optimistic mood and a healthy body? However, when these neurotransmitters are in an unbalanced state with one another, mood changes are inevitable and phyical sickness. In general, when serotonin levels drop, depression can quickly settle in, and when serotonin levels can be made to rise naturally, a happy contented mood generally results and a healthy pshyical body and mind is balanced. Serotonin is produced within the body through healthy food intake and the only way serotonin can be produced naturally within the chemical makeup is our substance intake within our bodies.
Spiritual Internal Healing
Why develop compassion in your life? Well, there are scientific studies that suggest there are physical benefits to practicing compassion — people who practice it produce 100 percent more DHEA, which is a hormone that counteracts the aging process, and 23 percent less cortisol — the “stress hormone.” (Part of the adrenal gland)
But there are other benefits as well, and these are emotional and spiritual. The main benefit is that it helps you to be happier, and brings others around you to be happier. If we agree that it is a common aim of each of us to strive to be happy, then compassion is one of the main tools for achieving that happiness.
One great question underlies our experience, whether we think about it consciously or not. . From the moment of birth, every human being wants happiness and does not want suffering. Neither social conditioning nor education nor ideology affects this craving; it’s a natural law of nature. On the other hand, the very core of our being, we simply desire contentment and live on this earth to face the task of making a happy spiritual life for ourselves. The mind that exerts the greatest influence on most of us; when we are either gravely ill or deprived of basic necessities, our physical condition plays a secondary role in our lives, we feel the suffering of our bodies when we neglect it. If the body is content, we virtually ignore it because as our minds are more happier. If we neglect the body for too long, therefore these three neurotransmitters are in an unbalanced state with one another, mood changes are inevitable and phyical sickness will occur.
The mind, however, registers every event, no matter how small or insignificant it may be, so we should devote our most serious efforts to bringing about mental peace and harmony within our lives and love our selves. However, as long as we live in this world, we are bound to encounter problems and finding our selves losing hope and become discouraged, we diminish our ability to face difficulties and we become physically sick. In spite of this, we should remember that it is not just ourselves but everyone has to undergo suffering during their lifespan and you are not alone with your suffering and by loving our selves with out judgement, Indeed, with this attitude, each new obstacle can be seen as yet another valuable opportunity to improve our minds and spirituality!
The need for love lies at the very foundation of human existence. It results from the profound interdependence we all share with one another. However vigorous and independent one may feel the most is during the most prosperous periods of life, when one is sick or very young or very old, one must depend on the support of others “Love and Compassion from others”. Ultimately, the reason why love and compassion bring us the greatest happiness is simply that our nature cherishes them above all else. Compassion and love are the foundation of human existence and interdependence; of course, it is a fundamental law of nature that gives you happiness and love.
All above have an effect on our body's chemicals' make up.
